TEACHING PRRACTICE

During my practicum at Dong Thap University, we were assigned to do our demos at Future School, from DThU we need to ride a bus going to Future School and we waited at the bus stop for almost an hour.  But we gave time for it for us to arrive at Future School ahead of time of our schedule. and there are times that we need to be independent and bee on our own. During this brief journey, I came to realize that my meticulously crafted Lesson Plan would seldom adhere strictly to the original design. The Lesson Plan, essentially a framework with key milestones, serves as a mere scaffold, while the dynamic nuances in the classroom dictate the actual progression of the sessions. Commencing each lesson, I prioritize apperception, gauging the students' existing knowledge to ensure their readiness for the upcoming material. Once assured of their grasp, I build upon their existing understanding by initially addressing a familiar problem before transitioning into guided problem-solving for the new concepts. Engaging the class in various exercises, I encourage them to delve into the activities outlined in their textbooks, fostering both individual and collaborative learning experiences.

Acknowledging the challenges of consistent supervision in an ever-changing classroom dynamic, I abstain from assigning tasks, considering the limitations in overseeing the completion, particularly in classes with fluctuating attendance.
